This “Cashback” (“Offer”) is made available by ZestMoney (“Alliance Partner”) under an arrangement with Favobliss Infotech Pvt Ltd., (“Merchant”).
The offer is open to Indian Individual Customers holding an active ZestMoney Credit Limit to make a purchase at the merchant's online website https://www.favobliss.com/
Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition (net of returns/refunds/part payments/merchant discounts) in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via ZestMoney EMI facility during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
The benefit under this Offer is capped at Rs. 1000 per customer.
Benefits under this Offer are neither transferable nor encashable.
Favobliss.com & ZestMoney reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/amend/add/delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of the Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from the respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Favobliss.com and the Alliance Partner neither warrant nor guarantee the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
The decision of ZestMoney in respect of Offer, benefits, or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant on this behalf.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Alliance Partner, Favobliss.com, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages, or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
